Downhole and Crosshole Surveys

Szeizmikus cross-hole mérés

The goal of the measurements is to obtain near surface (0-150 m) velocity models and rock mechanical properties.

Field surveys are carried out by utilizing a seismic source located on the surface and receivers installed in a borehole (downhole); or utilizing the sources and receivers in two different holes (crosshole).

Applicability: Petrophysical investigation of geological formations in the vicinity of the hole or holes for geoengineering purposes to define the velocity model and other rock mechanical parameters.

Product: Velocity and rock mechanical parameter sections or maps
